COMMON QUESTIONS ANSWERED:

IS PRINT DURABLE IN THE WASH?

Black print is durable in the washing machine, hand-washing or dry cleaning.

ARE CUT ENDS HEAT SEALED?

No. Please purchase this service separately here: Thermal Cut

WILL LABELS BE PRE-FOLDED?

Labels will be flat cut. Folding needs to be done by the customer.

CAN YOU PRINT MULTIPLE ARTWORKS IN 1 PURCHASED QUANTITY?

No. But sizing (S, M, L, XL, etc.) can be added with changeable font using 1 artwork only.

WHAT IF I HAVE FEW ARTWORKS WITH DIFFERENT INFORMATION?

Then please purchase the quantities separately. Minimum quantity in my shop is 25 labels.

CAN YOU PRINT PHONE EMOJIS OR SCREENSHOTS?

No. Please send cliparts separately. JPEG, PNG, PDF files need to be at crisp resolution.

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE LABEL?

Max label length for this price is 8 cm (3 inches).

Label length will be designed according to all your information you need to have printed.

Can be 5, 6, 7 or 8 cm long

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MY ARTWORK?

Please send your logo at crisp resolution on white or transparent background with black text and clipart.

WILL I HAVE TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH THE SELLER?

Yes, definitely! Please do not disappear after the purchase as I will send label design for your approval.

WILL I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PARCEL?

Shipping upgrade is required to obtain a tracking number. Please upgrade during the checkout.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRINT MY LABELS?

At the moment the turn around is 3-5 business days. Please note: artwork approval is required from you. The quicker you approve, the quicker they will be there with you.

Label designs for approval are sent within 6 working hours, Mon-Fri.

HOW LONG THE LABELS WILL TRAVEL TO MY ADDRESS?

The labels arrive within 3-5 working days to UK Mainland address. (2nd Class shipping)

8 to 25 working days to overseas.
